Ways to Manage Stress

I have many ways to manage stress in my daily life, and they are all associates to a specific situation. For example, when I’m stress because I have many important assignments like at the end of the semester I make a list of the homework I have to do and I make a schedule. In my schedule I put time to go to the gym because it’s relaxing me. I also try to go to bed early which helps me to have enough energy. When I’m stress because of a hockey game or an oral presentation, I usually listen to music. Its help myself to be concentrate and to perform in what I do.
