
The Importance of a Good Breakfast
I think that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day for two reasons. First of all, I think it’s important to have a good breakfast because it’s the first meal that you eat without eating for around eight hours. If you look during the day, we eat every four or five hours. That’s why it’s really important to eat in the morning. Another reason that relates to this is that your body needs a lot of energy, so if you don’t eat in the morning, you can’t function at 100% of your capacity. When you eat in the morning, your body keeps all the energy that it needs until the next lunch. Usually, when you don’t eat in the morning, a lot of problems come with this. For example, if you don’t eat before to go to school, you can have some difficulty to concentrate during the class. This can have a repercussion directly on your health too because we need to eat to stay alive. The quality of the food that you eat is also important. If you don’t eat a good breakfast, and you eat only four Oreos for example, it’s not much better. Because you don’t eat during a long time and because you need energy I think that it’s really important to have a good breakfast.
