March Break

The most beautiful activity that I did during my March break was a very nice complete day of ice fishing. When my dad came and wakes me up, I looked at the window and I saw the beautiful sunshine at 7:00 o’clock and I knew that it will be a very nice day. Before I live for this beautiful day I did sandwich with my dad for the lunch. We pulled the lunch into a cooler and we started the snow-mobile and we lived at the lake. Everybody was there and we started to ice fishing until the night. I did not catch any fish but it was one of the most beautiful of all the activities that I did. I wish it never end.

Men’s Hockey and Women’s Hockey

Men’s hockey and women’s hockey is very similar, but in fact there is few differences between those two categories. The two biggest differences are the rules and the intensity. Men’s hockey is rougher because they can have a lot of contact. During a game, you will always see men pushing the other player. In women’s hockey game you can’t push another player as the men are doing. Sometimes, you will see a woman pushing another woman, but of course she is going to go to punishment. Another point that is different for the rules is the length of the hockey game. For example, a men’s hockey game is three periods of 20 minutes. On the other hand, a women’s hockey game is three periods of 12 or 15 minutes. A big difference that we can see in these two categories is the intensity. A men’s hockey game is more intensive because they are allowed to have contact and this make the game more intensive because you have to push the other player to have the puck in first. The player must be in shape because to have the puck before the other they have to skate faster than the other. In a women’s hockey game this is different. The women aren’t allowed to have contact so they only skate and pass the puck so it’s less intensive because it’s less a physical play.
